Daniel Olmo has made no secret of his desire to leave RB Leipzig this summer.
Spain Euro 2024 winning midfielder Daniel Olmo told Ufabet on Wednesday he is considering a move away from RB Leipzig this summer and has also hinted he may not be staying in Germany any longer, potentially ruling out Bayern Munich as an option.
Olmo has impressed at Euro 2024 amid links with Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and a number of Premier League sides, and has a €60m release clause that expires on July 20, but RB Leipzig are willing to accept a similar offer even after the deadline.
The 26-year-old midfielder revealed that he had already confirmed his intentions through his agent, saying: ‘We will see. Yesterday we celebrated all day and now I am on campus. The people who are in charge of that know what I want to do. I don’t know if I will continue in Germany or not. Let’s see.’
‘I want to be where I feel valued and loved, and all I want to do is win. There are many options, let’s see what happens.’
‘What I want is an ambitious project and I want to win trophies.’
Asked whether Hansi Flick’s Barcelona are building a winning project ยูฟ่าเบท, Olmo avoided mentioning Nico Williams, saying the young Spaniard would fit in anywhere, no matter where he ends up.
‘I think Nico would fit in any team in the world. He’s an incredible player and a great person. He has to decide what’s best for him and I’ll be happy with him no matter what he does.’
